Its so hot out today. Like 90 degree hot. When I went outside, I fel like I was melting. The worse thing is that I have to run errands today. Gaaaah!

How I Will Spend the Remainder of the Summer

How, you ask? Well, as some of you know, I got my USB turntable today! I spent the better part of today archiving my record collection, and only got through four records :/

I was pretty darn excited when I got home from work and saw it in my dining room, waiting to be open. Check it:

This will take me forever, but I’m not complaining. I’m glad I have a project to do over the summer. Well, stick around, there’ll be more posts coming up

Hello, Summer!

After almost a month of highs in the lower to mid sixties, we finally got a taste of summer yesterday and today! First day of shorts!

Summer 2010!

Hey kiddos!

I have yet to update this blog this summer. But no worries. I havent been up to much besides working seven hours a day.  For me, that’s a lot of hours a day considering I used to work not half-time, but almost quarter-time while attending school (2 hours a day O.O).

I’m really looking forward to my first fatty check. I’m planning on buying a new saxophone (alto) and updating my summer wardrobe. I also need a CAR! I have a chunk of cash sitting in my savings account, but thats not merely enough to buy even a used car.

This last check wasnt that hefty, but thats okay.  I finally invested in a USB Turntable/Vinyl Archival System! I  can finally rip my record collection onto my hard drive. I’m so psyched. It should come in next week.  

Home stretch! I am about two hours away from chicago and Ive never been so excited to go home. The only bad thing is that i start school right away on monday Dx
